They are easy to reach on the phone and I received my lathed wood stairway parts early. I give them 5 stars!

I called H. A. Stiles looking for balusters and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They went over every detail of my project and were so friendly and responsive. I placed an order with them and got my balusters exactly as requested in a very timely manner. Spoke with their sales representative on the phone who was rude and unhelpful. he starts off singing the praise for his company as to the custom work they do and then tells me he needs a 250 dollar minimum of which i had no issue but still, that wasnt enough for him to be willing to do any work for me. Then, the guy wanted a yearly volume prediction !!! which apparently wasnt good enough either. I bring up douglas fir for dowels and he tells me I would have to buy SEVERAL THOUSAND feet because we dont stock it and they ARENT... read more
