I was driving northbound on NE. 21st Rd. ready to make a left turn as I approached McNabb Road the worker that was in charge of directing the traffic had to stop sign inside a cone which nobody could see the traffic light was green. I was just ready to turn while another car was racing around turning in front of me. I had a jam my brakes. If the person you have you hire is too lazy to hold the stop sign.
