I’ve been taking GyroKinesis and GyroTonic sessions with Katie for almost 7 years now, beginning with a search for relief from lower back pain and a desire to find some kind of bending, stretching movement to help keep my spine straight and supple. After my first few sessions, I was amazed at how centered and energized I felt, and soon the back pain was gone! Years later, I continue to look forward to my GK & GT sessions, working with one of the most attentive and insightful movement coaches I’ve ever had!
