Gyrotininic and Gyrokinesis – I have been a client of Anne Thomasson's for massage for many years. In the last few years she has started the local franchise of Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis. I have been doing the Gyrokinesis with her for anly about 3 months, and it has doone wonders for my back and shoulders. Anne is an EXCELLENT and VERY DEDICATED teacher. I would recommend her classes as a route to fitness for anyone and everyone.
