11:30am 5/31 drive-thru order. 2 cars in front. Waited a long time until my order was taken even though I was sitting at the speaker. No problem, but it's definitely a foreshadowing of trouble ahead. Placed my order, a super, no bacon. Clerk repeated no bacon, great my request was heard. Waiting again as the car in front was getting their order. Says they close at "9" but the workers shut the place down at 8 and refused to open the door or answer the drive through.
