They called me for an upgrade promotion and booked me an appointment, but when I arrived, a different salesperson showed up. They wasted my time, raised the price instead of giving a discount, and kept changing numbers and when I call their manager, he told me that he is going to call me in 20minutes and he never give me a call!!!!!!! I am not going there for my services as well!!!!!!No honesty at all.
Sold me defective vehicle knowing full well it was on recall. My engine should’ve been replaced PRIOR to my purchase as there was a manufacturer recall on the theta engines in full effect two years prior to my purchase. I now get why it was swapped out so early. I’m was left without a vehicle that I drove for less than 30 000 km in the middle of work week and stuck waiting for approval from head office for my engine swap and rental car, which may take weeks. Took delivery of my 2026 Kona today! Cheryl accompanied me through the process in her usual friendly and professional manner resulting in a pleasurable experience. Thanks also to Josh and Jack for their efforts to realize a positive outcome for myself. As a long time customer, always a pleasure to deal with the team at the dealership!
This is a good dealership but Hyundai has a terrible warranty for their cars. I have a just over 2 year old Ioniq 5. These cars have a well known 12v battery management problem and my car broke down in a bad part of town and I couldn’t lock it so had to buy a battery to replace it. Even though the electrical components are supposed to be covered for 3 years they wouldn’t reimburse me. I’m not keeping this car if they aren’t going to have a proper warranty for manufacturers defects. Very disappointing!
Highly recommend Gyro Hyundai. My car buying experience was great all the way through. Staff are professional, efficient and friendly. Special thanks to salesman Ram, finance manager Jack and delivery coordinator Cheryl. Cheryl was thorough and explained the many features of my new car well and also was very nice. Will be telling all my friends.
