I purchased a new vehicle recently, and I'm pleased to have worked with Jayson and Cheryl. Jayson ensured smooth communication and support throughout the entire process, while Cheryl delivered exceptional service on delivery day, thoroughly explaining everything and addressing all my questions. Both were very friendly and helpful, making the entire process seamless.
Dont do business here. The level of incompetence and disrespect and unprofessionalism here is beyond words. By far the worst service Ive had from the dales people all the way up to parts, service. STAY AWAY. You've been warned.
I recently bought a pre owned car to be used by the family at Gyro Hyundai. Nothing wrong with the car, it is with low mileage, under very good conditions and so far did not show any issue. However, I got frustrated with Gyro Hyundai during the negotiation process. We set the deal but they changed the financing conditions on the pick up day without pre notice. For my surprise, they decreased the downpayment so I end up being forced to pay additional interest. I suggest you to be careful when doing business with this dealer.
