Good food, great atmosphere. The one thing they need to work on, is staffing. They are very very busy and that sometimes comes out as being abrupt and not very friendly to customers. Please staff better for busy times so that your employees are not so stressed. I don't believe our waitress smiled at us once while we were there.
The food was not very good. They say they will make substitutions for a nominal fee but they won't. They simply will remove the item that you don't want and they will charge you full price for the "subbed" item. It's overpriced and they charge for everything. The staff was ok, but to be fair it was later in the evening and they were probably tired. It's a cute cute Diner. But that's about it. I'm not saying I would never go back but there's only a slim chance.
Fun little place. Authentic "rail-car" diner with juke boxes, booth and counter service, typical diner food -- charming!
The food was fantastic! The waitress could have smiled a little but she was nice!

By far the most amazing diner food and experience I have ever had! The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was as nice as could be. I can not recommend this place enough !
