I called to try to get an appointment and was told that I would get a call back from the stylist. Instead the second I get off the phone I receive a text message saying I’m getting my call returned. I wasn’t even worth the few extra minutes to spend on the phone to arrange an already overpriced service. If you didn’t have any customer service skills you were better off staying home. Definitely wouldn’t be spending hard earned money at an establishment for this treatment.
Well it seems to be a nice little boutique. However, I was never greeted by the owner or her daughter. I stood there for 15 minutes. Waiting for an order food was handed to me. The drink was never handed to me and I continued to wait about another 10 minutes for the drink to be made while there was a line forming after I arrived. The owner began to take care of everyone other than myself.And I'm not sure what the problem was but I know I wouldn't recommend it.
