I came in with a haircut I was really unhappy with from another salon, and Jules completely saved the day. She was so kind and validating, really listening to my concerns and understanding what had gone wrong. She took her time carefully fixing everything and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her work. I walked out feeling confident again and so grateful for her talent. I’m beyond happy to have found my new stylist—thank you, Jules! Lindsay was absolutely amazing! She really dug in deep with me on my crazy color correction. She spent many hours going over every step with me, creating color test strands, developing new formulas, taking my hair health into account, is honest, patient and kind in her delivery, was super professional and made sure I left feeling like my best self. Would definitely recommend this stylist and salon.
