I'd give them zero stars if possible. Was given a Groupon for my birthday last year and she butchered it-choppy, uneven layers. No refund, no offer to fix it, no apology. She didn't do the conditioning treatment that was paid for either. The only thing she got right was my color. I' m not the only one either, check out their Facebook page.
