I found I could do more than I thought I could. I like that there were options on how to do certain things. Amanda just made it fun.
This was my first experience with the bowl class, and I loved it! I wasn't sure what to expect. It's almost like getting a massage. I have a lot of stress right now, and this is exactly what I needed. I would suggest having a bowl case on a monthly basis.
