It’s taken me some time to write this review because I’ve had mixed feelings about my experience with Melissa. While I found her to be kind and approachable, I was uncomfortable with her suggesting that I should be empathetic/understanding toward my abuser because they may have been a victim themselves. Melissa is energetic and has always been amazing to work with. The child’s well being and success is always her priority. She understands functions of behavior as well which is a huge bonus!
