I purchased a vehicle in full on 12/22/18. At that time, I was told the title would be mailed to me. On 1/11/19, I called GYP to inquire on the title that I had not received. I was told that someone would call me back. After 5 attempts at calling and no one calling me back, I realized I had the direct phone number of the individual that sold me the car. I bought a car from here. I had it for 30 minutes broke down. Then I called to ask to see if they would know what it was. All they said " final sale is fanal" didn't ask for my money back just asking to see if that might know. then after I found out it won't start I went open my door and it wouldn't open bc the car lost all power. Even tho the door was unlocked. So then I had to call a lock smith and cost me 100 just find out what was wrong with my car

I purchased a pretty nice Ford Explorer from this auto group and paid cash however it’s been 30 days now and I still don’t have a title after numerous phone calls and promised title, Missouri law is clear on title to be given upon sale of vehicle something is shady here!
