Update - I was asked my credit card number, expiry date and also 3 digit CVV, Zip-code to issue a refund. I am not sure why they need my CVV. I dont feel secure about my card anymore. Got next day appointment which was what i needed. Dr. Anh spent around 30 mins with me and i was not rushed which is good. Satisfied.
Had me wait 3 weeks for an appointment, and then call me the day before saying they dont accept my insurance AFTER they had already cleared me.
