Dr Thawani and Dr. Shorter were both amazing and supportive of my care and my decisions. My questions were thoroughly answered, and felt as though they truly cared about the type of care I was receiving, and I truly felt seen as a patient and listen to which I truly appreciate.
Good experience overall, unfortunately they got the wrong appointment but found someone to do it that day so I didn’t have to reschedule. I just wasn’t too happy with waiting 45 mins in the exam room as it made me under the impression that I was going to be seen sooner. Communication definitely helps, but the staff if great and nice.

Absolutely horrible experience at Stanford Gynecology. First of all, there is NO parking near the clinic. They make you drive two traffic lights down just to look for parking, and even then, there's nothing available. After wasting so much time just trying to park, we finally get in, only to be told we're over 10 minutes late and they can't see us. Really? Devon Herbst is what my expectation of healthcare services should look like. She took her time to hear me share about what issue brought me to the clinic -- I can tell she was genuinely listening to me w/out rushing or interrupting me. She asked mindful questions and explained everything succinctly and compassionately. She made sure to include me in the decision-making for my care without dismissing me. The nurse that took my BP and checked me in the room was excellent!!
