Dr. Uhm was very kind and attentive. She answered all my questions and explained everything clearly and professionally. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend her.
This review is for the terrible scheduling system the clinic has in place. After seeing Dr. Sanserino, who is great, in July, I was told to call the clinic end of August to make a follow up appointment for October. I called the clinic as they suggested and was told that all the appointments are already booked up for October with Dr. Sanserino and they suggested to put me on a wait list. Outside of the fact that Dr. Lum saved my life in 2017, she is an amazing healthcare provider who has been equally invested in my complicated healthcare journey ever since. There are absolutely no words for how much I appreciate the sincere and genuine attention she gives me during my appointments and how carefully she listens to my concerns. Amy Voedisch was wonderful to work with. She had great bedside manner and made fun conversation. Not only that, but we had extensive discussion about my issue. I felt really understood by her, and she even asked a colleague for a second opinion, before we decided to go ahead. She made my visit a very positive experience!
