I’ve been coming here for five years and usually see Dr. Graziani—who I absolutely love and highly recommend! I’m giving this review 1 star, but I would give her 5 stars! I’ve gone back and forth about writing this, but in the end, I hope it helps someone who’s struggling to decide where to go or who to see. The past two weeks have been incredibly painful. Do not care about patients
First, I was given an appointment sooner than expected. I really appreciated the effort in getting a quick appointment. Dr. Garcia was kind, professional and took her time to make me feel comfortable while providing excellent information/diagnosis. She answered all questions and was never dismissive. The office staff were very polite and attentive as well.
I absolutely love my doctor here — their care and attention are top-notch. However, the way this practice handles women’s healthcare from a business standpoint is deeply disappointing. To be denied essential care due to an outstanding balance, even while actively making payments, is truly disheartening. Women rely on these appointments for their health and well-being, and the fact that policies are in place to block access over financial issues — without any flexibility or compassion — is beyond upsetting. I gave myself extra time to be able to get to my appointment and even called to let them know I was going to be late due to an accident on the highway. When I spoke with someone in their call center they advised that as long as I was within 15 minutes, I would be seen and it would be no trouble at all. When I arrived to the office 11 minutes after my appointment time well within the 15 minute timeframe, I was told that I could not be seen and would need to be rescheduled.
