1. There was a new employee at the front desk being trained. She made eye contact, smiled, was very nice, polite, and helpful. Sometimes it’s the little things. 2. The Medical Assistant that did my vitals, etc. was also very nice and personable. 3. This was my first time meeting Dr. Garcia and I really liked her. She was very pleasant and very thorough with her questions and explanations.
I’ve been going here for about 21 years now. I have delivered two babies with them and currently pregnant with our 3rd. Never had any issues with any of the doctors (I’ve seen them all with my prenatal visits). Everyone has been very pleasant, kind and informative. I especially love Dr. Henry and Dr. Pickett. They are extremely compassionate and take the extra time with you to make you feel at ease. I also loved Dr. Rau. Dr. Henry is amazing and shows great compassion to her patients. As for everyone else, I’ll just say that I didn’t trust them to deliver my second child after the loss of my first.
