Ridiculous behavior by the front desk staff. My appointment was at 10:50 and I went exactly at 11:05 which is within the 15 minute grace period and I was refused to be seen. Even though I mentioned to her that I am a doctor myself and I was running late as I had to wrap up my last patient, the staff did not move from her desk to check if the doctor can agree to see me. As a doctor, I would always be courteous to my fellow colleagues in such instances. Such a shame! Never coming to this place again.
One star is too much honestly…This is probably one of the worst office to ever be a patient to. All they care about is getting paid to be able to pay for office supplies and office things - manager Nicole exact words. Currently on a payment plan from a very rough year (large amount) and since my bill is not at zero they are refusing medical care (annual physical) that i literally need for my infertility treatment. She also mentioned “even if you were pregnant we are not able to see you until bill is at zero” so they literall... read more
