After having appts. for 5yrs. here I was told by my then Dr. I could continue to be seen here. I scheduled an appt. a year or 2 later. This Dr. I seen in March 2024, was rude right off the bat. She brought up I had a no show during my 5 yrs. and that they do not continue to see patients after the 5 yr. mark. I told her my prior Dr. said I can continue to come and asked if she was there so I could confirm what I was saying. She told me no. To my knowledge I showed up for 98% of my appts. Kind and personable staff. Dr. Varghese made a point of asking if he'd answered all my questions in both pre and post-op appointments. This is the kind of team you hope for.
