He is a very nice man and a good Doctor, his PA Stacey is wonderful, but his front/back office is horrible. They billed me $5 because they got my co pay wrong, and when I called to give them my credit card the woman told me I had to write it down and send it in instead of just not being lazy and taking it over the phone....honestly wonder what this Doctor would feel like if he knew his back office, was lazy and rude. Her name is Caroline, I hope she gets a good talking to about customer service.
