One week post op. I feel so much gratitude that I was able to be put on Dr Andrea Garrett’s path! I travelled from Rockhampton and she took such great care from start to end. Seamless process. What could have been extremely stressful she made everything so calm relaxed at ease and communicated so well what was to be expected before, during and after op. Just had surgery with Dr Garrett. Could not be happier with my care. She listened to me. She fully respected my autonomy. And I am recovering so quickly and better than I imagined I would. Top notch care. Could not recommend enough. The Wesley was a lovely place to stay with very attentive nursing staff. Good food.
An exceptional doctor and an incredible human. I am grateful to Dr Garrett for my life and would give her a thousand stars on here if I could.
Good to know she is well respected and has a good reputation. She has done surgery on me but I haven’t seen or spoken To her since then. Maybe it’s because I’m going through the public system
