Got referred to this place and when I called to make my first appointment, the lad I spoke to gave me my appointment time and date etc. On the day of my appointment, I arrive to GYN Oncology Institute only to find out an appointment was never created for me on that day. Disappointing, considering making/scheduling appointments should be one of the most basic stuff to learn when working at places like this. Wasted gas and time to get there.
Beware...The worst. My daughter was diagnosed with cancer and needed Chemotherapy. She was told by her doctor at this clinic. The office took over 2 months to respond to my additional referral requests sighting being short staffed after who they referred me to didn't even handle pediatrics. Then they call me regarding an outstanding balance that wasn't due for another 2 weeks... Unbelievable and irresponsible especially for such a critical diagnosis..
