Excellent place to get a solid workout without the big gym distractions and craziness. Easy access and peaceful environment.
Found this after moving apartment and losing my spare room. Like a home gym only better. Free to come and go at your convenience (pretty much around the clock), reserve Barbell stations on the app for stress-free workouts (never worry about not getting one or being bothered between sets) plus enjoy access to world class equipment (TONS of barbells, free weights, and other stuff). Alix, the owner and trainer at Gym House, is amazing! He’s knowledgeable, supportive, and tailors workouts to your goals. The gym has great equipment and a motivating vibe. If you want results and a trainer who truly cares, this is the place!
Alix is a very competent and knowledgeable trainer with a wonderful goal of creating community in a neighborhood gym. His kindness and humor almost make you forget how hard he is kicking your butt in the personal training sessions! His approach to functional fitness was very effective, even for me as a woman in my late 60s. By all means, go visit Gym's House!
Today was my first day here. I was looking for a gym that would allow me to bring my baby with me. There is a lot of equipment, plenty of racks and barbells for everyone. Alix is very friendly and accommodating for my and my daughter's needs. The space is clean and organized as well!
