Janet at GymParty has helped me transform my health! She is a wonderful personal trainer and nutrition coach. She creates virtual plans for me weekly, we text updates regularly, and we meet in person. I’m so grateful for her style - informative, not intimidating, and so supportive. I feel so lucky to have found Gymparty: workouts are much easier when there is a great community to do them with, fun coaches to think up the menu of exercises du jour and guide us. I love that I don't have to drive anywhere and brave the traffic. I can fit the live, video call-based workouts into my schedule much more easily this way!

Longtime member. Couldn't fathom having to drive to a gym anymore. The best part though is the community and the comradery. No equipment or experience needed (but bring a sense of humor)!

Gym Party is what I need when I need it. I am pushing 50 and what used to work for me before (CrossFit) to stay in shape - was no longer working for me. Enter Janet.
