Gymology is the one and only gym i would recommend in springfield. I spent a little over 3 years building myself in this gym. They have everything you would need, i wasnt ever having to wait long periods just to use on piece of equipment and i never felt judgement from other members. Any time i had to speak with the owners they were always polite and helpful. If you are someone just starting your journey or an experienced gym rat, gymology is the place for you.

This a great gym both locations are well maintained, and the owners are very nice and reasonable, the help is out when we where in a difficult spot. great invroment and atmosphere in both locations.
Gymology is by far the best gym I have ever joined. It has the old school vibe and all of the equipment you could possibly need to do any workout. Every machine is maintained and in good working order. There are multiple bathrooms and shower that are always cleaned and in tip top shape ready to use. I would recommend this gym to any beginner to the most experienced gym goer. And its 24/7 access!
I love Gymology. I have been going here for about 3 years and haven’t had any issues. Always an open machine and not a very busy gym. Offers the basic equipment to get a good training session.
