One of the best gyms personally, free weights and nice machines
Very great gym!
Started at the other location on hwy ssr, nice gym and clean but didn’t have some of the machines I like. Started today at Rockhurst “OG” location and it’s legit perfect. Has everything you need, my favorite being the plate loaded Matrix machines, stair masters and very heavy dumbbells. Clean and multiple rooms for aerobics, cardio and then the main room. Transferring locations was a breeze and the owners are all very professional. Thanks for making a sick gym!
Excellent locally owned gym. Equipment is very modern and new. Still has the old school gym feel as well. Being a 24/7 gym great for the working class. Have it be that you’re a beginner starting your fitness journey or someone that has been on the fitness train for years, you will feel comfortable here as if you are home!
Great place to work out. Clean, organized and open 24h. Fast and easy communication with the owner.
