Gymnetics is awe-inspiring with two very professional women as the owners. I did three months of personal training with Lana and she is simply phenomenal. She will kick your tail but she will get you all the way together. She provided a meal plan and support throughout my personal training. Super dope atmosphere and welcoming to all fitness levels. I trained with Lana (and Ms Ellen) and the transformation—both physically and mentally—has been incredible. They are definitely body goals! They are both very knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly motivating and supportive.

I haven't experienced it yet, I'm looking for fitness facility close by that can Accommodate silver Sneakers acct. This One Looks interesting. I would like to give a try.
