Lana & Ms. Ellen are hands down the best trainers I’ve ever had. The classes are always different so it never feels repetitive and I always feel like I’m being challenged. I’ve been coming since May and I’m already down 10 pounds and I have 10 more pounds to go. I would highly recommend this class to anyone from beginners to those who frequent the gym often.
I've been coming here for 3 years and still look forward to every class. The supportive atmosphere and constant challenges keep me motivated and strong. It's a space where I feel strong, welcomed, and inspired.
10s Across The Board!!!!Gymnetics is nothing short of amazing! I took the Afrobeats Club Vibe class. Now don’t get confused because it says club because the instructor worked us! I got an amazing sweat and really challenged myself. It was my first trampoline style fitness class. The added bonus is it’s a Black owned women only gym which I love! ClassPass may have brought me in but Gymnectics has secured me as a member.
I’ve been eyeing this gym for years and I finally committed to joining and had my first day last week. The owner Lana is very welcoming but the workouts are no joke. It’s always good to have someone talk to you and provide a consultation. Along with the people in the class were kind and welcoming as well. I look forward to being here
