It’s almost been a year since I joined Gymnetics, and I can truly say it has become my home gym. It has everything I need to stay consistent and keep progressing on my fitness journey. I really enjoy the atmosphere, and the relationships built as a result of the group classes. I’m so glad Gymnetics was referred to me and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out, stay motivated and reach your fitness goals.
My gym!!! The owners care about making sure you get a good workout and I like that it’s female only. Women of all ages shapes, and sizes are welcome. I am in the best shape I can have been in in a long time, and I owe it to this gym! Come prepared to sweat because you are about to get some of that work!
A beautiful space for women! The trainers are awesome! And the owners are really nice and lets you get started at your own pace.
I absolutely love Gymnetics! The intimate, community atmosphere is unmatched, and Lana and Ms. Ellen made me feel comfortable and supported from day one. After having a baby, I needed something to help me reach my goals and rebuild my strength—and this was exactly it. In just a few weeks, I’ve gotten stronger, have more energy, and have already lost fat while gaining muscle. I love the variety of classes and how every workout targets different muscle groups. Gymnetics is fantastic! The equipment is clean and well-maintained, Lana Ector and Ellen Ector is incredibly friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out
