Pinpoint Pest Control has provided exceptional service. We had an ant and silverfish issue at my home and their tech came out the same day and sprayed the outside of our house and provided pods for the inside. We have not seen an ant in our house since. Additionally, Jake was extremely knowledgeable regarding pest control and answered my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend Pinpoint Pest Control.
I had a bee infestation which was very promptly and professionally dealt with.
I've used Pinpoint on two properties and I couldn't be happier. The ants were driving me crazy but I have two beloved parrots and I wouldn't dream of using anything toxic around them. Brian explained everything, they took extreme care to protect my pets and my plants and I haven't had an ant or a spider since that first treatment. I'm a very happy customer :)
I have used PinPoint before but we just signed up for their yearly service. We've already noticed a difference and the spiders are gone after just one treatment. The have great customer service, their prices are reasonable and they do an excellent job.
We've been incredibly happy with our experience with Pinpoint! Their customer service is outstanding. They talked to me as one parent to another, making understandable and logical advice. They provided me with a proposal before starting any service, and were able to get to us for our first service within days. Our technician is always incredibly polite and unobtrusive. Since starting a regular service, we haven't had any problems with ants or spiders. I would recommend Pinpoint to any of my friends or family!
Before I hired Pinpoint, ants were invading my house and eating my dogs food; she just sat there and watched them:-( Pinpoint always arrives on time, they use low impact spray which doesn't harm the enviroment and gets rid of the spiders and ants from my home. Yes, I highly recommend them.

I received responses to phone calls or emails within minutes and the technician, Chris, took care of 6 wasp nests under our eaves in about 45 minutes.
