Great staff! Their personal trainers are knowledgable and can adapt for you to reach your fitness goals.
If you actually care about your health and working out do not sign up for this gym. The only good thing about this gym are the front desk people but after that it goes to complete trash. The gyms equipment is medicore but worst of all is there trainers. Spefically the trainers Adam and Alex who will patrol the floors and get on you for not wiping down a machine to assert authority in front of their clients. This is the ideal work-out space. Superior cardio machines, incredible array of weight machines, free weights and benches. The strong influence of the physical trainers and an effective personalized workout plan runs strong behind the whole operation. Working with a trainer for just 5 weeks has changed my approach to exercise, my fitness level, and overall mood and health (hats off to you, Maddi!🧜♀️🩷). My ONLY Complaint is the water fountain. Why is the water HOT, and why is there only one fountain?
