I would strongly advise caution. When attempting to cancel, I was charged significantly more than expected (nearly four times), and the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. The manager even terminated the call abruptly. This was not an acceptable customer experience.
I have been comming here for several years. Gymit is an extreamly clean gym, with very friendly ,knowledgeable, helpful staff! Not the typical meat head kind of gym, but plenty of free weights and racks and other machines. Thank you gymit!! Garrett
Very professional gym good trainers and brilliant workouts
The staff with the colored nails I believe named cisco, is very rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. The way the situation was handled was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue respectfully, the staff member shouted and spoke to me in a humiliating way in front of others. And I’m agreeing with the other review I see suhail submitted, and I don’t doubt that he is probably talking about the same guy cisco.
