The gym itself is great - spacious, and Adam appears interested to make improvements over time. The admin side, however, is a different story. When I cancelled due to relocation, Adam verbally acknowledged it in person but never replied to my cancellation email. Finding the right email was its own hassle, as the gym’s name change left the old address inactive. I was then charged again after my notice period had passed.
