Gets the job done for one-time use on vacation. $25 day pass is steep for the size of gym; they've basically squeezed a gym into a regular store/restaurant footprint. As a result, lots of shimmying is needed to load plates, and it was strangely more crowded than my gym in SF.

This is the best gym I've ever used on vacation. The equipment is all new & properly maintained. The area is clean. The personnel is helpful. I can't find any fault. I really appreciate Lucas for running such a professional facility & for the kind customer service.

What are you doing New Year's Eve? Discovered this local gym fully equipped with all of my hybrid training needs. Bonus: sauna included w/membership Double bonus: stocked restroom/shower & towel service! Thanks for the warm welcome Sony.

Love this gym!! I have been coming here for over 4 years, the staff is always really friendly! I’ve participated in Anthony Koyas HIT Class, it’s a great way to start the day. I like lifting but I love and appreciate the wrestling mat upstairs I’m on it often stretching, jump roping, hitting box jumps and any exercise that requires me to lay down upstairs.
