Great gym, great atmosphere, good equipment. has a homey garage gym feel to it that’s never extremely busy that feels a lot better than the typical super busy commercial gym. Highly recommend.

This gym is so nice and has all the equipment I need to get a great workout and Jim is so accommodating and the members are very nice and helpful when we had our first visit there. We are planning on making it our new fitness home. Thank you Jim Kennedy for making us feel So welcome at your place.
This is an amazing gym! I was visiting Oklahoma to see family and was able to get a 1 day guest pass. It had everything I would need in the gym plus so much more!
Awesome gym! Great quality equipment with tons of options for all forms of lifting and cardio. Love having 24/7/365 keypad access. One of the best kept secrets in Edmond for sure.
