Helpful staff and expansive workout options for all activity levels.
I’ve been to a lot of gym, including gyms like Lifetime in OKC —and Gym Kennedy is hands-down the best I’ve experienced. First, the environment is exactly what I was looking for. Just people there to work out. It's an environment where I felt comfortable taking my daughter and not running into a bunch of people that were half-dressed.
