Jim has helped me a lot since I moved up here last may. I was a student athlete that had graduated and felt very unmotivated to workout because i missed the whole having a coach/team experience. It’s been a year since i decided to start going to Jim and it’s honestly been one of the best decision i’ve made since moving up here.

Highly recommend Gym Kennedy to everyone! Its a privately owned Gym, I have been with them since I was about 5 months pregnant. Not only have I felt welcomed here then and now by other members but many of the members always go out of their way to make my baby welcomed as well. They showed me how everything worked in the gym. There is community events and challenges posted here and there. Something you do not really see in those other big commercial gyms. As well as trainers, and trainers info posted on the board. Jim created a program for me to run my (tennis) players through the summer with the goal of injury prevention, athletic range of motion, and explosive movement. The results don’t lie. By the end of the summer, all my players were hitting harder, moving better, and recovering faster. I have and will continue to recommend both Jim and Gym Kennedy for athletes in particular. The gym space has options for a variety of different ways to train and Jim is incredibly knowledgeable about how to train the body.

We were visiting from out of town with friends and had a great experience at Gym Kennedy! The facility was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to stay on track while being away from our home gym. Highly recommend for anyone local or just passing through—great gym!

I was in from out of town and the owner was very accommodating for a day pass. Gym is super clean and well equipped.
