Poor communication, emails not answered, 2 months to deliver a home gym, they don’t tell you they don’t hold stock, they order from China after you place an order Buy elsewhere
No answer to question on website or reply to email.
Poor customer service. I have speak in excess of 100k on equipment across multiple gyms and being told that their is only a 3 month warranty on some equipment is very poor. The ACCC found it surprising and will be in contact with MASTERKRAFT in relation to this...
