Absolutely love it here! Had the best experience with Kelly today who really listened to what I wanted, gave an amazing head massage during the hair wash and was fun to chat with as well. I’m not used to also being able to get a glass of rose or another drink during my hair appointment, so that was a pleasant surprise as well :) 10/10 recommend!

When I booked over the phone was told that Lisa would be doing my hair. This was my first time at the salon so I said ok as long as she is experienced and good. When I arrived I had a man which was a surprise. I had explained to him how I wear my hair up at work and by the time I left my hair isn't long enough to tie up unless I use hair clips. He cut way to much off it, and all he could say was sorry when I told him I wasn't happy. He also said he over toned my hair so now my meant to be light ash coloured hair is dark purp... read more
