Very Disappointed. My company was audited because Mary Bermudez had made an error in our return. I understand mistakes happen and our new CPA was able to clear up the mistake. Mary recognized her mistake, apologized and promised to cover interest and penalties associated with revised balances. I emailed her October 9th 2024 statement we received for penalties and interest and she has made no reimbursement. Multiple calls and emails later, no response from her.
