Terrible experience with this realty office. They placed a home for sale and then for rent. We wanted to rent the home and had communication with the realty office about the home. We even told them straight forward that we had 2 dogs. The realty office stated that they allowed dogs, just as the listing did. The realty office had us apply and spend $40 per applicant so a total of $80 for my husband and I. After that, they allowed us to view them home without them there.
