Mike at GX body shop received the full amount for a warranty I had with BMW for applying a new paint coat on my vehicle. Not only did he refuse to do the final work after he demanded for me to take the vehicle to another body shop to have a few dents taken out as well as purchase new parts all on my own expense, but also won’t pay the money back he received through said warranty program I had with BMW.
