I only had 2 encounters with her and each time it wasn't pleasant. The first time her team met with me first then she came in but didn't say anything her team spoke for her. I thought it was strange and something to it but I brushed it off that she is just training and wanted them to get use or practice working with patients. The second time was for an injection.
