Dr. Gwozdz is excellent. He relieved me of my concerns regarding a situation I wasn't quite sure just what was wrong. He is direct, kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable. We are lucky to have him with us in Hilton Head.
After an ER visit, his office set up a follow up appointment. I completed all pre-appointment documentation, arrived 30 minutes early to get any other pre-visit documents completed, as their office requested new patients arrive 30 minutes early. At check in I'm told that no one bothered to check to see if he was in-network for my insurance provider, so he refused to see me, after they set up the appointment. Total lack of respect for the patient's time and effort.
Dr. Gwozdz and his staff are professional and nice.
Dr Gwozdz does not communicate with patients and has bad bedside manners which is one thing. Some great doctors do not have good bedside manners but I have had multiple procedures performed by Dr Gwozdz and the most recent one was botched. I would not recommend him at all.
The nurse practitioner actually lied in her notes from my consultation. She put information in her notes that I never said to her. The insurance person in the office told me what was written in my chart. The office staff is rude and disrespectful.
Great doctor and very smart. He took the time to call both my husband and me with test results. I have a lot of confidendence in him.
Great doctor but takes 3 - 4 weeks to get an appointment. Great practice too!

This horrible Dr was horrendous with any bed side manner- Carolina Hospital for Endoscopy and waited 2 and a half hours- he performed the procedure with no feeling of hope or in a kind and hopeful manner - after the procedure- he spoke to us for no more than 5 minutes to say "well there are miracles" and left- he was gone in five minutes- it was the most unprofessional cruel and worthless time we had and was with a friend this evening in Hilton Head or had the exact same experience- - NO ONE GO
