I want to start by saying that I normally have no issues at the Lawrenceville location — but unfortunately, that changed during my most recent visit. I felt extremely slighted by a worker named Kaitlyn (or possibly Caitlyn). She seemed to avoid calling me up to the window, appeared distracted by conversations around her, and came across as very rude and dismissive.
