I've only had Russell come out once so far but he's already exceeded my expectations! My yard was very overgrown and he did an absolutely amazing job getting everything cut back and well managed. Everything looks very neat and tidy. He was also able to get my service fit into his schedule very quickly which was very appreciated. Very prompt with his emails and communication. Contracted them for one of the properties we manage in Lawrenceville, and they're top-notch in communication and the actual lawn care service :)
The process in reaching out to Russell was very smooth and we were able to get on his calendar within a week. First service was good. The front lawn was a bit overgrown so needed some additional TLC. Looking forward to regular maintenace of our front and backyards and occassional garden bed work.
Russell was great to work with. Spoke with him over the phone to talk through our needs and took the time to explain each step in the process. I would absolutely recommend Russell to anyone else in the Gwinnett area with lawn care needs in the future!
