I should have paid closer attention to the reviews, especially those from Jon, Allison, and several others who shared similar experiences with this office. The way treatment planning and insurance verification are handled is unfair to new patients. I was told that my insurance could not be checked without specific procedure codes being provided. This was a Fantastic experience today. It was my first time having moles removed from my neck and chest area. I was somewhat frightened as to the procedure. Cynthia, the technician, exemplified friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and supportive measures in assisting me in my journey to remove the moles. She was patient as I addressed my concerns.
