He is dedicated, knowledgeable, excited, passionate in helping others and delivers. I've recommended his boot-camp to many women and anyone that went, loved it. He is a one of a kind trainer that will invest completely in your wellness. He was an outstanding trainer for me.
I have a hard time remember working (or sweating) so hard but it is a good intensity with a trainer who really watches form and all the important points of exercise. I may whine a little afterwards but I know it is a great reward.
