The service I receive from Dr. Shah is excellent and the staff are friendly. I am properly informed about my health and care. Dr. Shah explains everything to me in a very clear manner. She is also kind and friendly. All the staff are helpful and patient. Denise Deloach
waiting time , left after 1hour and 10mins of waiting.... i am working and need to take time off from work, also to coordinate with my team. i had meetings scheduled and i had to leave... after 1h and 10 mins i was still waiting in the room, so i decided to leave, i was so frustrated ...why not call and let me know if i wanted to reschedule or to come later? this shows no care for the patient, my blood preasure was 150/90 ... we are new patients and hoped to get good care, well...well...
In the midst of being asked to stay home unless otherwise necessary, I was informed by Sandra that my doctor could not call in a prescription for allergy medicine as it is not related to COVID-19. After informing him that I deal with this yearly and even providing him with the name of the prescription that previous healthcare providers issued due to over the counter medications not working I was told that I just need to keep taking the over the counter medications. Highly dismissive rude man he seems to have a problem with women as well. Do not ever go to him ever unless you want to die and then have your family sue him
They billed me twice for one office visit. .
