HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, I have a 2009 Ram 1500. Lifetime drivetrain warranty. The engine has blown 3 times in the last 5 years! They covered the 1st and 2nd one but now with 4500 miles on the 3rd one they claim the radiator blew causing the head gasket to blow. I have 2 reputable shop owners who said it could have happened the other way around. At any rate they stink they took 4 days to deny my claim. asking for 9500 to fix it what a joke NEVER EVER NEVER go here and I personally will NEVER EVER NEVER buy a Dodge again ... read more

I walked on the car lot on October 13th. Chris Daughtery came out and said to me, you have been looking at cars for a while haven't you? I told him yes and I was tired. He told me to just breathe and go inside with him and give him a list of everything I wanted my new car to have. Once he knew what I wanted and my price range he recommended we test drive some of them. I spent about 4 hours there that day and did not purchase a car.
