Dr. Traub is a real gem with a heart of gold and excellent bedside manner. However, the office staff is extremely underwhelming! Their attitudes are awful, especially over the phone! Andrea was adamant about my mom having the office staff to get her on the phone when my mom calls so that meds can be ordered for my mom’s next appointment. I had called and left voice mail asking to speak with doctor or have him answer a couple questions about this surgery he wanted me to get, and his nurse left me a voice mail telling me I had to come in to see doctor if I had any questions. Yes, for questions. I guess so I would have to wait like a herd of cattle for an hour or 2 and then see him for 10 mins and bill for $250. NOW, I get a bill that I paid for back in Dec, and I have called 3 times and left a voice mail stating that I paid it already and to call me and let me... read more
