I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else. Professional. Competent. Caring.
Until today, I would've given this place 5 stars. They've always taken great care of my mother's dogs. Unfortunately the manager Andrea thinks she knows everyone's family dynamics and took matters into her own hands to pay for emergency boarding while we were trying to figure out how to pay a large sum of money as a family. While I agree the vets are amazing at their jobs, the office staff lacks compassion for anyone dealing with unfortunate circumstances. We've been going here for over 22 years and trust them with our animals. They are the best.
I cannot believe I have never been here before! I work in the business center right behind the hospital, and was scared about pricing, because most animal hospitals can get pricey and our family just can't afford that right now. I felt nothing but love for my baby the second we walked in, and that enough is priceless. To know that the people taking care of her actually care ABOUT her was so important. My family and I have been coming here since the early 80's. I can't imagine using any other clinic.
We have been coming here for 17 years. They are all friendly and professional. We had a dog with liver cancer who required specialized surgery they could not preform & referred us to a wonderful specialist. His surgery went well & our Lil Koko lived without further problems for almost 15 years. GAH continued to take care of him after the surgery. We drive an hour and pass many other Animal Clinics to get here, but it is so worth it! GAH is the best!
Great holistic care! My Veterinarian at Brookwood Animal Hospital recommended I bring my dog, Chloe here. She has degenerative disc disease and goes to GAH for laser therapy and acupuncture. Dr. De Guzman is wonderful with Chloe and we always see an improvement in her mobility and stiffness. Chloe is very relaxed at GAH and enjoys coming. The staff are accommodating and very friendly. It's always a positive and upbeat experience.
