Made a deal with this company to clean our laundry rooms at two properties. We agree upon an amount and schedule times to do them. We give them the keys. One month later find out that nothing is getting done. Make multiple calls to get something resolved. And was left a message that they can't do the properties now. Unprofessional, leaves bad taste in owners mouth and property management company that hired them. Was hoping to have a long lasting relationship with this company and their personnel.
Mismanaged company that buys into the petty drama of their employees rather than fulfilling customers needs. Would be zero stars if possible. I would not recommend this company to any businesses looking for a cleaning service! This company talks badly upon the businesses that they service and their employees.
