After hospital visit
Extremely dismissive and rude. Waiting in the Starbucks drive thru line took longer than the entirety of my appt. Within 2 mins of meeting her, I knew we were not going to jive. Walked in and even called me the wrong name, with no apology to follow. Worked as if I was a burden to her day.
