NO STARS!!!! My 5 year old granddaughter was referred here by her Head Start Program. This was her first eye exam and she was very afraid of the machines. They insisted that she be put into an auto-refractor and then attempted afterward to do a glaucoma test (on a 5 year old???) which bursts air into the eye---as if she were not scared enough. Great variety of glasses frames and the staff are very nice and helpful.
I remember her being the eye doctor at wal mart for a time. Glad she moved on from there. Dr. Vinroe Coltz and her staff are just great. They are pleasant, handle business properly and efficiently. Always kind and courteous and don't mind sharing some laughs too. Recommend them 100%.
I went here today and I absolutely love Gwen and her staff! Very thorough on the eye exam very patient. Being my eyes have changed so much and I've been getting headaches at least once a day I blinked my eyes a lot and you're not supposed to when she's doing the exam and she was patient about it.. very understanding! Explained everything to me. And I took my daughter and they managed to squeeze my son and i in at the same time. Very easy to work with I would definitely go back!
I have only been going to Dr. Coltz for a few years but I have been satisfied every time. When my glasses needed fixed they did it very fast! I highly recommend them!
