Ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered on Saturday for my parents 50th anniversary and they were never delivered. I decided to call at 5pm to see their whereabouts and was told that the driver had just gotten into an accident and she’s unsure if they were delivered. They in fact we’re not and if I didn’t call to verify, I would’ve not been contacted. She also would not refund my money, I had to dispute it with my CC company. Really disappointed. WE HAD A LAST MINUTE FUNERAL ORDER TO BE DELIVERED FOR A NEXT DAY SERVICE AT 11AM THEY STAYED LATE THAT EVENING AND OUR UNCLES CASKET COVER AND 2 STANDING SPRAYS WERE DELIVERED AND WAS BEAUTIFUL GREAT JOB

My suitor ordered a bouquet from this company. They sent an email on day 1 stating delivery had been attempted. Not true; I WFH & was present all day. On day 2, they called (the sender and I) multiple times for the gate code. Perhaps they came out on day 1 & couldn't get through? No communication on why they didn't call then. Bouquet arrives at approx. 2pm. The flowers are either poor quality or several days old. More than half the bouquet is wilted & the feature rose in the center is unsalvageable. My wife never received the flowers that I ordered for her one valentine's day 2020. I called Gwen B Florist and they said that the flowers were out for delivery but once again my wife never received any flowers. And once again I called Gwen B and no one answered the phone. Zero stars they stole from me
